Delicious Salad To Reduce Belly and Lose Weight

This is a quick and easy to assemble salad, which uses only a few ingredients that will help you enormously in your goal to deflate the belly and lose weight.


Ingredients for 2 people:

-12 cherry tomatoes

-1 cucumber

-10 cubes of feta cheese

-1 red onion minced

-1 handful of chopped parsley

-1 avocado

-1 tablespoon olive oil (30g)

-1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (30g)

Black pepper to taste

Preparation :

We will start by washing all the ingredients: tomatoes, cucumber, onions, avocado, parsley …

Peel the cucumber and cut it into sheets, then chop the onion and parsley.

If you wish, you can open the cherry tomatoes in half. In this way they catch more the taste of the dressing and they are more tasty.

Now we peel the avocado, we remove the central seed and cut it into small pieces.

The first thing we will put in each bowl for our salad will be tomatoes, onions, cucumber and parsley, mixing everything very well. Then include the dressing, ie, vinegar and oil. Lastly, to avoid breaking them due to their more delicate consistency, we will add avocado and feta cheese.

Sprinkle with the amount of pepper you want. We assure you that the salad will be delicious!

When is it best to consume this salad?

Generally it will be more suitable to prepare it in our lunch or in the central meal of the day. At night the salads do not usually digest very well, especially if we have included onion. However, it is your body that must say how it feels to you.
